Default The Brinkman Smoker

I got the smoker for a present and love the way it works. I just did this chicken in 3 hours with applewood. Gonna keep me in smoked chicken sandwiches for days

Tomorrow I'll smoke 5 trout with cherrywood...........

Awesome! Love smoked chicken. Next time try Spatchcocking your bird (just don't get caught in the act)! More smoke flavor throughout the meat on less than half the time.

I had to google that one. Just wondering if it was possible with sheep. Does that hold moisture inside when it's all done Howie ??

Good try, but thats not it.

A sheep is less than 1 year old, sheep older than 1 year are Mutin. If you eat lamb,......Lol, which im sure you enjoy, then they are young sheep or Lambs.

Lamb is good, seasoned correctly and cooked well its good eatin. Our Elks lodge just had thier annual Lamb shindig a couple of weeks ago, lamb wasnt cooked enough for me, but the drinks were good!!

The current lodge members doing the grillin are to dam old now, they have lost the technique i think, either that or they are way toasted from drinkin all day.

current culinary thought is that the best lamb is served rare to med rare. I like mine med rare to med. or in a stew! Lots of garlic and seasonings. NO MINT JELLY!! ICK!!
