I'm still not running the relay after it popped. Still have a wire jumper in the relay can...

Check your Zip ties Sounds like believe it or not that you may have pinched a wire

Sometimes when I jiggle the wire, it will work. Other times it wont. The zip ties aren't really even that tight. I'll figure it out 1 day.
