I am becoming the freaking carb queen, replaced all the jets, cleaned everything, put carb back in bike then found a piece I forgot to put in! Had to take the freaking carb out again!! It is back together now but......

also had to remove the throttle cables from the carb, now I can't get the throttle (on handlebar) to spring back like it did.

Which one should be tighter the pull cable or the return cable? I need the handle to spring back like it did before so the bike doesn't race.

Hey can I use just one cable? Just the "pull cable? Disconnect the other?

Is there a trick to this? My last obstacle before I can ride it!!

BTW - it starts fine and will idle, but the throttle is not right, please help

Yes it is clean, can't get it to be snappy like it was before I took them off. How do I adjust them to be snappy again?? That is all I need to know! There is the "push" and "pull" cables at the carb and there is one adjustment on the handlebar. So 3 different adjustments. Is there a trick to this?

cables routed the same way??

did you remove cable from carb???

make sure there is no slack in the cable when you tighten up on the return spring adjustment

Here is a picture.....the round thing is spring loaded attached to carb, the arrows are where the 2 cables are attached, one cable goes around one way the other cable goes around the other way. So when you turn the throttle one cable pulle it the way you turn the throttle and the other cable should pull it back (I guess).

not familiar enough with your carb and cable set up - maybe Duane will chime in
