Default We've Named Our Jeep!

I get a call this morning to find out if I was the son of Howard Andrew Waage…… who was my dad.

He is the grandson of a WWII veteran who was one of my dad’s best buddies during the war. His grandfather’s house was being demolished for new construction and he went in and saved most of his grandpas stuff. There are some wonderful photos of them during their time together in Europe….. including Normandy.

I didn’t know that my dad had named his Jeep “SKOL”…. That’s what we’re now naming our Wranger. I've got Erik making a decal with the same font.

Wow, that is really amazing. It's incredible that these young men, at the time, went off to a war against great odds and they should never be forgotten.
