Finally got the arms back. I needed a bottle jack to get them on. They welded the cross braces out of the jig and it pulled the ends together about 1/4 inch. I still need to weld in the limit strap and brake line brackets. You can see in the pics that he took out the bend in the rear tube and cross braced it much better.
